Have a Bounce were fantastic. Their customer service was excellent, they were on time and they kept in touch in the lead up to our daughter's party. We've been let down before, and Have a Bounce sent me a text message when they were on their way with the inflatable, so I knew they were coming and when to expect them. They took £20 of our £70 deposit because we left the balls in the ball pit and had not put them in the bag. They had not told us to leave in the bag for pick up. People were rude. Would not recommend. More...

We booked the Princess Bouncy Castle for our 3 year olds party at Grayswood Village Hall, Haslemere for the he 30th October 2021, and were very pleased with the drop off time and pickup times as I know we were putting Vlad at "HaveaBounce" under alot of pressure especially as they had 7 other drop-off and pickups that day - but they did manage to do both and a rather stressful day turned into a less stressful day. The Bouncy Castle proved a real hit for our child’s Birthday Party last year and we’re now booking for the second year. The service and general communication was reliable, everything arrived with plenty of time and the instructions / assistance on the day were straightforward and helpful. There’s a wide range of clean and well-maintained castles that you can select based upon your child’s age and general interests. Have a bounce is the best supplier you can work with for any party! They rescued me once last minute (I placed the order in the morning for an afternoon party) and Vlad was the only one who actually collaborated with me on such last minute basis- and used them again for my son's birthday party/1st communion. We hired a bouncy castle from Have A Bounce in July and again in September. The bouncy castles were an absolute hit at both parties. Booking was easy and the castles arrived in plenty of time for the parties and were collected afterwards. I can’t recommend Have A Bounce enough. We have used "Have a Bounce - Bounce Castle Hire" now for at least 3 separate occasions and each time we receive a fantastic service, no matter what our requirements are. Each time we end up hiring more as we know the products are great quality, are looked after well and the service you receive is second to none. He waited patiently for us to secure an alternative space, without adding any additional stress; even though it meant he had to rearrange multiple other drop offs. The man turned up and asked where I wanted the bouncy castle - I said where they put it before on a flattish land (which I have pictures of) and the man refused - I was told they should of never of put it there in the first place because of children a safety - so I understand the man’s concern for child’s safety however proceeded to blow up the bouncy castle on the same “slanted” land and instead of the children falling onto grass they fell out on concrete steps and a wooden pro gala - when the man finished blowing it up I was told ‘I don’t look happy with the result and incomes a bad review’. I don’t understand how 2 occasions can be so different and I am not happy with the customer service, I will not recommend the company which is such a shame. More...
