What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their business goals. For me, knowing what someone wants to achieve and playing a part of that is why I find this job so rewarding.
I love getting to know my clients, being there for them through changes and always being that person they call when they don’t know what to do next.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in many practices it came clear to me that how I wanted to service customers and the way in which I approached my workload wasn’t always fitted to others transactional approach.

Yes. All services are available remotely. Consultations are over the phone or zoom if you’d prefer and all services are available remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Focused more on electronic records, supporting them through the transition between keeping records manually to electronically. Supported and coached them online through that change with new software packages. Adapted customer approach to running business online. For those who have not been able to work have been supported through on hand advice from us regarding available support schemes and furlough calculations and submissions.
