Absolutely shocking service tonight, food was 25 minutes late from the collection time, I was given no update. Was told “food is In the bag” when I asked, 7 minutes later they came back and said the exact same thing. I was handed my bag which I gather was the manager after I was pressing for our food. I said to him “25 minutes late and I wasn’t offered a drink” I am a student nhs nurse who is hard at work and I am exhausted. We came today for a nice family meal (our first like this since lockdown) the food was lovely as usual, the place itself was clean and safe feeling yet welcoming, we felt it was well run and everything went well but this was mainly because our server Ayesha was so lovely, friendly and helpful, we were not sure of how it all worked but she was so great it was a breeze add to this the fact that we changed this for that etc. , yet she took it all in her stride and nothing seemed too much trouble for her, she really made our meal special and we will definitely come again and hope to get Ayesha again and again More...

Our waitress Kirsty was lovely, attentive with our daughter. Quick service, added and removed items to suit our needs and worked hard getting all the extra food and drinks asked of her with the current restrictions only enabling staff to get the toast and cereals etc. She was friendly and smiling. Visited last Saturday and had our first family meal out since Covid began. We were so impressed with the safety regulations and precautions in place, customer service was excellent, the staff were smiley and happy and Esme our waitress gave us time, didn’t rush and joined in the laughter and chatted.
