I used Hart’s Food and Events to cater my wedding last October and I cannot recommend them enough! Throughout the planning Sarah was incredibly helpful and flexible to create our ideal menu for both the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. On the day itself Brian was delightful - my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing as he ensured everything ran smoothly so that we could enjoy the perfect day. We especially loved how they saved a selection of the canapés just for us to make sure we got to taste them after our photos! I just got married at Moggerhanger park and they use Harts caterers. I can not emphasise how amazing they were. I guess with wedding food you never expect much but the food these guys served was beautiful. The meat was cooked perfectly. Just everything was great. Even before the wedding they were so organised and i felt i could trust them and everything was under control. And on the day everything ran so smoothly. I just cant recommend these guys enough. I attended a wedding on Saturday, the venue was a beautiful marquee in Bricket Wood where Hart's were the caterers. From setting up the tables in the marquee to prepping the bar and shining glasses the team were busy working away, but still had time to smile at guests and listen to individual requests.
As soon as the ceremony was over the beautiful arranged glasses of pimms were served. Despite the rain coming earlier than forecast the team quickly adapted the plans to serve the food at the tables and coped very well with everyone descending into the marquee earlier than planned. The food was fantastic, well presented, hot, tasty and simply delicious. Wine was topped up throughout the meal by very attentive front of house staff who could not do enough to ensure every guest need was catered for, including the children that were there.
Jacqui and the team were always one step ahead constantly checking timings of the day to ensure everything ran to clockwork - and it certainly did. In my opinion Hart's were an integral part of the day and helped to deliver a unique, special and truly amazing day for the bride, groom and all the guests. Plus contactless pay at the bar - Hart's really do think of everything!

We had a lot of changes at our venue and harts we're able to keep control of the event and keep us calm, the management and timing of the food service is some the best I have seen, and coming from a busy hospitality background myself I'm not saying that lightly.
The fish starter was amazing and great portion size was great, we had braised brisket of beef which was a special request by us and wow! The texture and flavour showed the amount of time and effort that went into that beef!
and then an indigent pud of chocolate and raspberry tart.
Wine choice was also great and plenty to go around.
Family and friends have said to us it was the best wedding food they have ever had and restaurant quality.
We hope you you win the all awards you deserve I've the next few months, well done to all the team that helped for our special day!
