I started personal training with Harry over a year ago now and I have learnt so much in my time working with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, very supportive, creates great workouts tailored to what you want and need as well as being an all round great guy. Harry is amazing! Helped me in starting my fitness journey and building my confide in going to the gym! Literally would not be on this path to a better me if not for him. His work outs were tailored made for me and modified so I felt I could confidently work out! KISS. Keep it simple, stupid. We’ve all failed our diets and work out regimes in the past. Even me, a PT. It’s largely because we make things too complicated. You don’t need the açai smoothie bowl with grass fed hydrolysed beef protein. You need the most convenient, the most simple and the most sustainable programme that you can execute without effort or thought.
Train smarter not harder. If getting the body of your dreams was just a matter of working hard. We’d all be in insane shape. I’ll teach you where to apply your effort so you can lock into autopilot and get the results you want.

I love the part where clients leave. I love it when they say “I don’t need you anymore”. That’s when my job is done and I know they aren’t going to gain all the weight back or lose all the muscle they’ve gained. They’ve “levelled up”.

I spent years working a job I HATED that actively made me depressed. It drove me more and more into learning about training, health and nutrition to escape from my reality. One day a colleague at the time asked me a question about creatine, I explained it to him in a simple, matter of fact way. He said “why are you here? If you know this much you should be off doing that!” That was the unofficial permission I needed.
I always felt that the fitness industry was misleading and that the information on offer wasn’t realistic or something was missing. My pilgrimage to find the holy grail of information lead me to where I’m at now.

We’re human, we’re not robots, we need flexible programmes that take our own individual personalities and lifestyles into account. Plus who wants to give up pizza and booze? I know I don’t! You’ll find a purely science-based, realistic perspective from me. I won’t make you do anything I wouldn’t be willing to do myself and I definitely won’t pressure you into buying a load of supplements!

Yes! See online coaching in my services. We start things off with a video consultation, where I really try to get to know you and learn where you’re coming from and what you want to achieve, before delivering all the materials you need to get the results you want.

I work remotely via online coaching. During in-person sessions I maintain social distancing at all times, thoroughly clean down all equipment after use and will wear a face mask if that is the client’s preference
