Boiler installation with scaffolding. Special mention for Fiona, a consummate professional, she led with a 5* attitude from the front and this was backed up by the engineers. Couldn't have asked for more, from quote to installation, all was done to my demanding standards. Happily use this company again. Installation required scaffolding which was all arranged by Harrison, went up and down the same day, I barely even noticed anything had been done til checking the work at the end of the day and finding a brilliant, working boiler installed with no issues. I found Harrison Boilers on the website, After i sent in a few photos of the current boiler etc i received the quotes from Josh from sales who was also very professional. The boiler was installed on 4th December 2023 which was about three weeks from initial contact. However, there were earlier dates available. I would like to thank Harrison Boiler Installations. I found Harrison Boiler & Install on Trustpilot and their reviews sounded great. Fiona was friendly and professional and advised me on the best boilers available and the payments. She booked me a WhatsApp video chat with one of Harrison's engineers called Danny who took pictures of my old boiler and flue and also gave me a lot of sound advice. Sam the boiler installer came to my house in Croydon early on 26.10.23. What a guy, he is not only knowledgeable and professional at his job but quite a friendly person. Before I knew it the boiler was installed. Sam showed me and my relatives how to download and use the Hive thermostat which I've always wanted. Excellent service from the onset. Dale & Chris were brilliant is securing me my boiler price & booking it in for me on the job 6 months later on my half term school break. The boiler boys arrived as arranged, got straight to work. The boys worked as a team, polite, helpful throughout the installation. unfortunately I had a FaceTime survey and they couldn’t fit the boiler in the airing cupboard but installed it in the loft even installing me a switch in the airing cupboard just in case I need to switch it off in an emergency. The heating surveyor, Carlos, had been very helpful throughout the entire process of providing a competitive quote to explaining the whole process of installing a new boiler for my property. Unfortunately the engineer's clutch in the van had broken down on the day of installation (Friday), but given that I had travelled over 60miles to arrive at the property for the appointment that day, I was also compensated by the surveyor that they would be willing to give one year's service free of charge as compensation for not being able to install the boiler on the day. I can tell that this was re-arranged with priority as it was rearranged to Monday and appreciate this good and professional customer service that was offered. They were very proffesional, great communication and straightforward process. We are very pleased with our new boiler. The only bad thing was that they made a mistake on writing our address on the finance application and it was too late for us to qualify for fincance when they came around to install it so we had to pay the cost upfront which we weren't counting on.
