Q&As

I love supporting others to reach their goals, whatever that may be. I am especially passionate about working with those who are building their self-esteem and putting boundaries in place in their life, it can be life changing stuff.
I welcome clients who wish to explore a spiritual element in their life- looking at what we have brought into our experience, the lessons it can teach us, and how we can manifest a stronger and brighter future.
I love being a counsellor and I would love to help you!

I work for a counselling organisation a few days a week that provide me with clients, but I also love to work privately as I feel that it allows people to cherry pick me as their counsellor, knowing that I can provide the support they need and that we have a similar energy and mindset. It is so important that you find the person you click with, and I am hoping that Bark gives people another outlet to find the person for them :)

I love my work, and I am passionate about building people up and helping them become their best selves. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and I'm always looking to learn more. I am especially interested in working with individuals who wish to explore their relationship issues, build up their self-esteem, and who might wish to look into the spiritual subtext within this.
I also have a special interest in binge-eating disorder. I could talk all day about the work I love to do with people, but the most important thing is that if you see my profile and feel that we would vibe well together then I'd love to hear from you and get started.

Yes. I currently have availability Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. My session slots tend to be 6:30pm and 7:30pm. Each session is 50 minutes, and costs £45. I provide open ended therapy so you can utilise my therapeutic services for as long as you feel you need it.

Services

Weekly online counselling sessions- I have a range of experience and am open to working with anyone who is committed to their recovery and improving their mental wellbeing.

As well as being a qualified level 5 psychotherapeutic counsellor, I have worked worked for the last 5 years as a senior recovery and wellbeing worker. Coupling this with my additional training into motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy means that I have a wealth of applied knowledge when it comes to life coaching.

This would take the same approach as regular therapy- 50 minute weekly online sessions, but with a strong focus on progression, recovery, and self-improvement.
