Gareth and Aiden were very prompt to reply to my request, just a matter of minutes! I am currently selling wanted to check my roof after the buyer’s home report found a few problems. Gareth scheduled my job in asap, just two days later, arriving on time and keeping me in the loop with their timings. Both Gareth and Aiden turned up equipped for the job, very polite and full of energy. Lots of videos and photos taken / turns out the report wasn’t quite correct, saved me money in the long run! Photos in my inbox the next day :) I’d recommend these guys and the drone if you’re looking to survey your roof - soo much cheaper than having scaffolding erected! More...

Harbour Bay are one of the best companies I have ever employed. Not only was the customer contact and service was 5* plus.
And the quality and quantity of the drone survey photos were superb. They were taken for a roof survey due to substantial damage caused on a block of 9 flats (I live in one of them) due to storm Eunice. The insurance company were not going to pay for all the repairs but due to the survey photos they had to amend the claim to include for all repairs to ensure rainfall did not penetrate the flats further. I seriously do not know what we would have done without these photos.
I rarely leave reviews but I had to in this instance because of the 5* service Harbour Bay provide.

On very short (one day's) notice they provided an excellent service and a fantastic photo, using a drone, of a panoramic aerial view over Poole Harbour. Aiden was very helpful and suggested a number of spots we could use to take great pictures from. Both Aiden and Gareth followed up assiduously following taking the images in relation to what would be the best medium to print on etc. I would definitely recommend them. More...
