How long have you been in business?
We have been in the business for over a year which i started in 2019 and that was before it was registered. but due to the lock-down last year we were not in operation and could not work. We are now fully registered and started off this year.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I bring in my own cleaning materials, excluding mop and hoover. Customers has the option for me to use theirs or mine.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile on my customers faces and the way they are happy to be relived from the stress of cleaning , is like i have taken that stress away. I love the job also as i get to meet different people from ethic background.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business in cleaning because i actually do enjoy doing and i find it therapeutic for me. But what inspired me most to start my own business is the flexibility to work around my children and work within school runs and appointments.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have passion in what i do and i enjoy doing it, which means i will always do a great job. My business is not just about the money but is about the satisfaction of my customers happiness after a Happy clean job. I am considerate in charging my customers and i work with their budget of my customers as i know due to the economic change things may be difficult for most people, so i try my best to put that into consideration, as long the customer communicates this to me.
I am trustworthy, calm, and easy going and i do not go over my boundary at my customer home and i keep all my work private and confidential.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
PPE are worn through out hours of cleaning and we have our own sanitizer with us to use and making sure we use different cleaning cloth each time we go to customers houses.
Regular Cleaning
At HappyWay Cleaning, we believe providing our customers with local, vetted and insured cleaners at an affordable price is what makes us stand out above the rest.
Regular cleaning will consist of general cleaning of the home and making sure its done to remarkable standard.
One Off Deep Cleaning
Our one off house cleaning service is for when you require just one clean to bring your home back to the best possible. The clean can take from 2-6 hours depending on the current condition of your home. Should you require more hours we are able to return on another day at your earliest convenience.
