Amazing service! 5 🌟 and have recommended to as many people as possible - My dog Loki is a bigger dog who isn’t keen on getting into any vehicle (weighing in at 43kg, he’s not a chap you could just lift in, it takes quite a bit of coaxing but once he’s in and knows he’s safe he’s happy as Larry) - Phoebe is so good with him, very patient and understanding, helped me and him work through his phobia. I have not used Happy Hounds personally, however I was walking my dogs at Barber Wood this morning as they pulled up in their van with a group of dogs. They let all of the dogs out at once and had no control over them whatsoever, in fact, they had headphones in! 2 of the dogs jumped into my car as I was loading my own dogs in, this was very stressful for the 3 dogs I had in the car who can be anxious in small spaces. Happy Hounds did not even bat an eyelid at this and I had to get the dogs out of my car myself. If my dogs were aggressive or nervous this could have been a whole lot worse. I would not want my dogs to be walked by someone so unreliable, especially when the car park is next to such a busy road and the dogs could easily run out in front of a car. More...

My dogs have wonderful and happy go lucky natures. Phoebe has been brilliant looking after and nurturing them showing respect for our home and love for our dogs. We could not have enjoyed our daughters wonderful wedding without the knowledge that they were so well looked after. My Labrador loves her walks with Phoebe. She is totally reliable and conscientious and always on time. she has been really flexible and as well as a morning walk, she has popped back later in the day and checked on/ played with and fed our dog when we have been out for a longer spell. I’ve been meaning to write a review for Happy Hounds Cotswolds for ages, but maybe I was putting it off because maybe I didn’t want to share this secret gem of a business! ! Phoebe from HHC has dog-sat for us a couple of times now and we couldn’t be happier with her services. We have 2 v precious spoilt elderly mini dachshunds and we are v particular about who looks after them. Phoebe is incredible with them and totally devoted to their wants and needs 24hrs a day, round the clock. The other day, when we came back from holiday, they kept going off to look for her after she’d gone, they were literally pining for her. Thank you Phoebe for your brilliant care! More...

What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is meeting different breeds of dogs and learning on the job how they behave. I get to treat clients dogs like my own, and ensure they all have the best adventure out on walks with me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have loved animals since I was a little girl and always dreamt of working with having a career caring for dogs.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have had dogs of my own and therefore have plenty of experience. I will treat every dog as if they were my own and treat every client respectfully. I tend to the clients/dogs needs and always put them first. My goal at the end of the day is to have a happy client and a happy dog!
