The flat had a longstanding rising damp and condensation problem. Sergio did a great job, identifying the root cause and putting in remedial measures for example, ventilation and external render recommendations to fix the issue long term. H&Q Waterproofing did works in our property in the Bounds Green area. Fixing the minor damps and after that decorating the full property.
All the workers were extremely polite and efficient. Manager Sergio has planned and carried out all work without having any complaints to him or the team members from our side.

Making customers satisfied with they needs. When we start the project:
First asking customers what they know about the issue, maybe have are point of view what is causing to have Damp. We would have everything in consideration for how long is been that or history of the house.
That is going to help to resolve the problem more effectively.
