Hypnotherapy
This is my first ever experience doing Hypnotherapy, so I was very septical about it all. After a lot of looking around for the right one for me, I came upon Hamer. Which I'm so pleased I did, I found Hamer very relaxing and comforting. Having spent most of my life feeling anxious and stressed, I noticed a big difference after my sessions with Hamer, he knew how to make me think positively and change my way of thinking. His communication with me is amazing and I would highly recommend Hamer. I am looking forward to working with him a lot more so he can help me overcome my anxiety. What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and helping them move from a place where they feel stuck and their problems seem impossible to solve; and transporting them into a place inspiration, wonder, possibility and opportunity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2015 I was treated for depression after a breakup from a highly toxic relationship. It left me feeling emotionally, mentally and spiritually depleted. I found the treatments given to my by the NHS which included prescription medication which just seemed to make me feel worse than ever - even to the point where I began to feel suicidal. When I complained to the doctor about the side-effects of the medication, the NHS solution was to double the dose of the medication that was making me feel suicidal. Naturally I declined his offer and began to look for alternative forms of treatment.
That's when I discovered hypnotherapy and NLP. It literally changed my life way beyond my wildest dreams and I really wanted to be able to give the opportunity to others to be able to experience what had helped me both reclaim and change my life in the most profound and wonderful way.

Since November 2020 we only work online. It keeps the overheads down so, we can be more competitive with your prices, and more importantly, it allows us to keep you safe and free of any airborne infections which might be lurking around in a therapy room.
