This company is absolutely brilliant. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. They explain everything up front. We received a quick response very professional supplied all necessary information in easy to understand way very caring and friendly . The installer was very professional and polite. He did his job expertly and didn't take his time. He just got on with his job. He made sure he cleaned up after himself and took all old parts and rubbish with him. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for any other jobs I will need in the future. More...

Philippa was excellent in coming up with a solution for a problematic flue and talked me through the whole process. When Stuart came to install the new boiler, he did so with a minimum of fuss and completed the installation, making good the slight damage caused by the re-positioning of the boiler. Extremely helpful at the quote stage and communication was great. After having had to delay from initial quote for one brand of boiler (which was my fault) they had to find another brand as the original was no longer available. This was done very quickly and they found a good deal . for me. Installation was then carried out when promised and was done very well. Really pleased with the level of service and communication. As you were enquiring about getting a system fitted 9 months in advance of wanting the work done, I sent an estimate rather than a full quote, as prices are subject to change. Very dissatisfied with the overall customer care. Been without a working system for 8weeks after “installation”. Engineers regularly did not show up or made last minute changes to dates. We replaced our back boiler with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler, and replaced 5 radiators and had a 6th one fitted. The workmen where quick and tidied up as they went along. They covered our carpets to protect them which was especially good when the back boiler was removed . All this done in 3 days. We are very pleased with the result. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I am Philippa, and the best thing about my job is my customers - I genuinely enjoy talking to them and helping them to get heat and hot water again when their boiler has let them down, or become more energy efficient by replacing an old boiler which is costing them too much to run.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a lot of national companies as a boiler surveyor, and after many years' experience, I just KNEW I could do a boiler or heating replacement better, cheaper, and with a more more personal touch than a big company could.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will always do the best I can for my customers. I have high standards and treat every home as if it were my own when recommending a new boiler.
Also, I always say that you are only as good as the man with the tools in his hand, and for this reason I only work with top class fitters, who really care about doing a good job. With me project managing every job, make sure that we are doing the best we can to make sure that every aspect of our customer's journey- from initial phone contact to the completed project - is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
