What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the expression on my customers face when they see the cake we have designed for them. I enjoy every single part of my from speaking to my clients to executing their designs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a passion for baking from a very young age. After a trip to Africa and watching family bake cakes professionally I found my confidence to try and make cakes for family and friends. This then led to taking orders, I now make cakes for all occasions. I enjoy baking and decorating cakes. I am constantly learning new techniques, designs etc. I enjoy taking on challenges and doing brand new designs.
