Professional with a reasonable price, friendly, quick.and great aftercare. The price was right so we went ahead with them and I'm glad we have. We had builders doing out high spec. garden room and we used Hal System to do electricity side of it. It was great that they were flexible to builders schedule. The builders were also impressed with work standards and that Konrad cleaned after himself when he was done for the day. The owner is knowledgeable and on assessment/quotation suggested some solutions and ultimately gave confidence that work will be done up to specs and within budget. House rewiring
Our company provides an excellent rewiring service at a competitive price. We can promise to do the job safely and professionally with minimal mess and will fully respect your property.
Below you will find a list of our estimated electrical rewiring costs. Please note that these prices are estimates and should not be treated as the final quote. Prices include labour, materials, final sign-off and building control notification.

Testing and Inspection
An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is the most straightforward and cost-effective way of proving an electrical installation is safe.
In the UK this should be done every 10 years for a residential property, every 5 years on a rented property.
Licensing authorities, public bodies, insurance companies, mortgage lenders and others may require an EICR.
During an electrical inspection we carry out both visual checks and electrical tests.
We provide a full written PDF test report detailing our findings and this can be provided to your insurer and tenants if they require.
We will take photos of any safety issues and attach to the report so you know exactly what the problems are.
Estimated cost for Inspection and Testing of the electrical installation would be £200 plus VAT.
Consumer Unit Upgrades
The current Amendment 2:2022 to BS 7671:2018 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations requires all circuits in a domestic property to be protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD).
Estimated cost for instalation a new consumer unit with Surge Protection Device and all circuits protected by RCBOs would be £600 plus VAT for average UK property.
