Visited this salon today after seeing so many happy posts and pictures on Instagram and Facebook, basically knew it was the salon for me and oh was I impressed! I was so unhappy with my hair that it was eating away at me and the staff at this salon went above and beyond to put a smile back on my face, nothing was an issue and even after my highlights, Toner etc had been done the lovely Jo wasn’t happy herself and did even more to make my hair perfect! If you’re looking for a super friendly salon with the most knowledgable staff then this is the place for you! The staff here know how to fix any problem that you have with your hair and i always leave feeling like a new woman. I moved to this salon about 3 months ago from a previous salon that I had been going to for 10 years. I honestly don’t know why I didn’t move sooner, the staff all treat me so well and my hair has never looked better. Wow , I came here after having a couple of bad experiences , hair colour that wasn’t taking and looked awful . What an amazing local salon I discovered. Fay sorted it all out and for the first time in a long time people noticed my hair and had lots of compliments . I then saw some social media posting about Brazilian blow dry . I also suffer from frizzy curly hair , the bane of my life. Well today Fay worked miracles again . I am amazed at the transformation she has performed . I cannot thank her enough . Just had a wonderful new hairdo here after visiting for the first time. I had very long red-brown hair and went for a full head of highlights with ash tone and a cut and finish. Justin did my colour and Fay did my cut and finish. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and have booked in again. They do before and after shots which I think is a really nice touch. I really have stumbled across a gem, with House of Hair Hostess. I was fed up of using box dyes, making my way through the range trying to find a colour I was happy with. Faye was a complete professional, she didn’t just take my money and colour my hair, when she KNEW I was in conflict as to the colour I wanted, I was really impressed ! Fay did my wedding hair a couple of years ago and she was fantastic. More recently I needed some colour correction, so decided to book in after seeing before and after shots on social media. The salon is very welcoming, the team are all so lovely and the service is second to none.I am now on the road to having the best hair I have ever had. Not only that, I have been given so much advice on how to care for and maintain my new colour. I was lucky enough to have Fay do my hair for my wedding day last month and was blown away by the results. I work in the wedding industry myself as a make up artist and having worked with Fay on many a brides special day over the years I knew when the time came she would without a doubt be my chosen hair stylist and so a soon as my now husband popped the question I was straight onto Fay to check her availability! Needless to say Fay nailed it first time at the trial. On the day Fay arrived on time with bells on (despite the super early alarm!) and got me and my bridal party wedding ready. The girls all loved their hair!- despite varying lengths, styles and hair accessories- Fay took it all in her stride and got each and every one of them ready to perfection. My hair was everything I dreamed of and more! I had incredible length (thanks to the extensions Fay both recommended and provided), with a classic Hollywood Wave that felt glamorous while still being soft and romantic.
