Howard comes across very well, is thoughtful and professional when he quotes work. The work we had was carried out at a reasonable time and to a reasonable standard under some short notice due to Mr Hartley managing his other projects effectively utilizing his work force for us. The work we had done was quite pricey but I suppose you expect this from tradesmen these days and later if we had said we wanted to pay cash we would have beem able to get a discount.Overall I'm satisfied. The work we had done included: 1. TV cables being redirected and ducting down to sockets to hide our cables from a wall mounted TV as well as; 2. fitting a new isolator in the kitchen for an electric oven, hob and extractor fan. My only annoyance was that the work included only some rough plaster work which we had to sand down and make right ourselves. Total cost £735 (including VAT) for 2 days work and a 2 man job for 1 of those days.
