Unprofessional and poor service !

I used this service as roof of my shed was torn apart due to strong winds. Henry repaired and guaranteed that it will be last for at least 5 years without any issue as he changed whole shed roof . We had to pay £260 for roof repair .However, within two months it was torn apart. I called him again and sent several messages. However, He never replied and did not take any responsibility of poor service. Very unprofessional service.

Henry is very friendly and always quickly replies to all my questions. Henry and his brother, Sam have done an excellent work of repairing our shed’s roof covering and the job was perfectly done and they left everything very neat and tidy. Thanks, Henry and Sam.
