Engineers and team are very professional and the quality of work is always good. Team clean up after themselves too. Only down side is they do take a while to communciate and get back to you from the office, had to chase numerious times for dates/times for work to be done. Very impressed. Started with a quote for a new boiler & worst case scenario price which was still competitive. After acceptance, agreed date of installation which was pretty quick (within a week) & then the wait for a quiet boiler! !! Lads came & installed in the day, very professional & clean & tidy. Next day was the bits & pieces day i.e. flushing & explaining how things work. Had a leaking toilet - engineer was able to come that day and it was fixed easily and quickly. Quote for repair was given before work undertaken. Polite and efficient. GWE have previously installed out two bathrooms and a new boiler more recently and now we are in process of taking out a GWE Care plan with them as they are Half the price of what we pay British Gas for the same cover. I like the engineers and like the fact that they are a local company and seem to be able to get to you quicker than British Gas can for non emergency issues. I wish I had switched earlier! More...

We had a problem with a couple of control valves on two radiators with a very small leak from both valves. I rang GWE on a Monday and agreed with them that an engineer would come on the Wednesday. The engineer came as arranged and after looking at what work was required to resolve the leak, I was given a cost for the work.About an hour later the job had been finished, the two sites had been left clean and in working order and that was it!Leak cured - Job done - Invoice as per quote - one very happy customer!Yes - I have used their services a couple of times before and would happily recommend them. GWE carried out an excellent job in fitting our outside tap. Being a hot and cold mixer tap it was a special order. The tap arrived earlier than expected and GWE informed me of it’s arrival and were able to move the fit date forward. We arranged an install date, rang up with some questions and within 2 weeks had our new boiler installed by Martyn, who was great! (we also had some in depth conversations about game of thrones!). We give GWE five stars despite some problems during the installation. Firstly the initial survey and quote were professionally carried out. Questions were encouraged and were answered clearly and logically. Further question arising from the other quotes obtained were welcomed and answered.We requested the condensate pipe to be passed through a cabinate and behind the washing machine. Unfortunately unknown by us and unmarked two water pipes and an electric cable were hidden the plaster. The damage to these was quickly repaired. At all stages of the installation we were kept informed of progress and consulted on all options and issues. The flushing process was very thorough. Three different engineers were involved in the installation each was professional and helpful. The office staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Excellent all the way from the surveyor's visit through to completion of the job. We had an old boiler replaced complete with new flue, 15mm piping replaced with 22mm, flushing and bleeding done, all in the time quoted and all at a reasonable pricei. No complaints whatsoever. Nothing was a problem for them. Anytime they needed to turn the power of it was niceAndy or Callum to tell us so my other half could save his game in time. They kept us inform the whole way and after the first night when Andy came back the 2nd day he asked if there were any problems over night. But most of all what made my partner and I the happiest is the fact they both made a fuss of our dogs and where not phased by them at all. Successfully completed a new boiler and hot water cylinder install in rapid time. The company is very professional and well organised. The quote was very competitive. The install was professionally done and the team accommodating of household needs (sleeping night staff!). Coped well with a narrow airing cupboard door without the need to remove the frame/tiles. Heating & HW system broke down.Offered out of hours call out the same day or booked bussiness hours appointment.As I wanted additional work and weather was warm chose an appointment 2 days later. Turned up promptly quickly identified the pump had died, quickly replaced and carried out the additional work.Returned 2 days later in order to tweak the pump as slightly more poweful than the old one.Kept apprised of the cost of the work at all points both prior to arrival and while onsite before any work commenced.Communication with Amy in the office was swift and clear at all times. We were very pleased with the service and value for money we received from GWE from quote through to completion. I had researched very thoroughly and knew I wanted a Worcester Bosch and GWE offered the best prices. The young man who came to quote was clearly knowledgeable and thorough in looking at what we wanted from the boiler.The young men who came to do the boiler arrived when they said they would on both days, made very little mess and cleaned up what little there was (I was going to ask them to go over the rest of the house as it's such a tip at the moment, but thought that might be a bit above and beyond their job descriptions!!). They worked efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. They also explained the boiler and controls in a way even I could understand and they are so much easier than our previous boiler.The previous boiler installation by another company 10 years ago was very poor really and we hadn't realised that water had been coming through the roof for some time where the flue came out but GWE's roofer sorted all that out.To sum up the house is now nice and toasty and we are very pleased with the boiler and its installation and especially with the length of guarantee we got because GWE are accredited Worcester-Bosch installers.
