I carry out measured surveys with accuracy, provide clear informative survey and proposed planning drawings. I have had a high success rate in obtaining planning permission during my career. It is my endeavour to provide a good service and give the client excellent value for money.
Provide Measured Surveys.
I measure properties with attention to accuracy, to obtain dimensional information of the size, area and height of a building, thicknesses of walls and floors, angles of roof pitches, and sizes of doors and windows. Existing Services and Drainage Layouts are also recorded.
Provide Survey Drawings (based on the Measured Survey)..
Measured Survey Drawings are drawn up at 1:100 scale of plans, sections and elevations.
Provide Proposed Planning Drawings.
Planning drawings of the Proposed Scheme at 1:100 scale Plans, Sections and Elevations are provided.
An OS Map / Site Location Plan at 1:1250, and Block Plans at 1:200 or 1:500, are also provided.
A Design And Access Statement is also provided with Photos, to describe and explain the development of the design, and reasons for the design decisions that were made for the project.
Provide Building Regulations Drawings
Building Regulations Drawings are provided at 1:50 scale with some relevant Standard Details drawings at 1:10 scale to be submitted to Building Control. I submit on line the Architectural drawings with the Structural Engineers Drawings (and any other drawings for example from Thames Water for additional Drainage info ) to apply for the Building Consent Certificate.
