1 session a week - £200pm (£50 per session)
2 sessions a week - £360pm (£45 per session)
3 sessions a week - £480pm (£40 per session)
Semi-Private
Small group PT - 2 clients at a time.
Price:
1 session a week - £240pm (£60 per session).
2 sessions a week - £440pm (£55 per session).
3 sessions a week - £600pm (£50 per session).
Hybrid Online
I'll provide 3-4 training sessions a week for you to do in your own time then we'll meet every month to do a session in person and catch up on how the training is going for you. Reflecting on your training, your nutrition and your sleep.
Price: £200 per month
Personal Online Programming
After a consultation, I'll write up 3-4 training sessions a week for you to complete. Along side this we will talk through your nutrition and sleep to try get the best out of not only your training but also your productivity in all aspects of your life.
Price: £120 per month
Online Programming
3 non specific sessions for you to complete a week. You can choose from a hypertrophy program (gain muscle) or a performance based program (gain power and capacity).
Price: £30 per month
