Being a left handed player i always struggled with chord sheets,scales & guitar theory,went to see what this guy Martyn was all about & very quickly was picking up so much more knowledge than any of my previous other guitarist could ever teach me,Martyn put it all in laymans terms & In a very understandable way also more importantly a way to remember,I also wanted to learn Funk style of Guitar again Martyn picked this up right away & started to show me how to improve my playing,this guy is the real deal,you can only get better if you choose Martyn to go to,I now regard him as a friend as well as my guitar teacher & we have a good laugh when i turn up with my crazy new tune to learn which is usually straight out of the seventies funk scene,Thanks for everything my friend Allan

Having taken guitar lessons on and off for a number of years I have learned a lot. What I like is the flexible approach to teaching on a one on one basis. I have a great deal of input into what I want to learn to help achieve my goals. I have a lot still to learn and more recently we have been working on slowing my playing down to help get a solid grip of timing to help learn other musician's solos and to improvise my own.
