Paul came round at short notice in the evening to look into a stuck key, found that this was a fully broken mechanism in the lock and, despite the lock fitting being awkward, fitted a temporary lock for the night and came back the next morning with a full replacement. Friendly and helpful and happy to explain what he is doing - reasonable price for working at short notice and with such good service. Highly recommend! More...

Called saturday about a window that was locked shut I was advised he could get it open no problems but the parts may be difficult to get due to it being weekend- we agreed for him to come monday @ 09:30 - Arrived promptly and window was open and fixed within 15 minutes- Very good rates and not like some that would try and take your eyes out- I would highly recommend

Came across a problem with a patio door lock, key snapped and couldn’t remove the barrel. Made a call mid morning and got a time to attend within the hour and an approximate quote. Turned up on time, barrel removed and replaced with a good quality one. (Not a cheap one that you would buy on line or from local stores)Prompt response and job completed swiftly. Unable to open composite door. Contacted local locksmiths and Paul of Guardian phoned to say he would be with me in 10 minutes. He was on time and gained access to my home after a bit of a struggle.
