Just finished a 3 month program which was amazing! I lost 3inches on my waist and gained 2 inches on my chest!

Initially I was skeptical about online personal training as I wasn’t sure how much value I would actually be getting but this wasn’t an issue as we had frequent calls, personalised workout videos and I could just drop him a message whenever I needed advice on something!

I offer a very flexible approach to clients goals, tailoring things to their needs. My services ensure clients actually learn about diet and nutrition so that following the program, they may continue themselves without guidance. I teach my clients to become independent with regards to health and fitness.

Yes, all training and nutritional plans are provided online as well as exercise videos. For those requiring a more personal touch, I offer zoom sessions.

This is a free consultation session where I can answer any fitness questions you have and can provide some supplement advice!

- Fitness and supplement advice:
Providing guidance on general eating habits and which supplements I recommend.

- A personalised workout plan:
Based on your goals and potential restrictions, for example, if you have shoulder pain certain exercises will be encouraged and others will be discouraged.

- Exercises specific videos, including technique demonstration:
Workout videos based on your custom plan, filmed by myself so you get an understanding of what the exercises are and how to perform them correctly.

- Weekly calls:
A call every week to see how you're getting on and answering any questions you may have.

- Fitness and supplement advice:

- A custom nutrition plan
I don't put my clients on a "diet" but this plan will provide a rough guide as to how much you should be consuming as well as foods that will support a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As a vegetarian, I am able to provide a good insight into a variety of food choices for maximal protein and satiety. However, If a client prefers a "diet" I am more than happy to create a specific breakdown of foods to eat and when.

- 1-1 training sessions
Once a month I offer a 1-1 session in person (assuming the client is relatively close otherwise this will happen on zoom) for a more personal touch.

Nutritional and diet advice will also be given!

I can offer sessions for those who purely want to focus on muscle building, cardio or both!
