He explained everything to us properly and gave good advise, though the work was not something to his business scale in spite of that he gave an honest opinion and told us what would be the best thing for us economically. These have to be the most reliable people I have ever come across. We chose to take our holiday whilst the main block of work was being completed as it involved removing a large section of outer wall.
