Only ever done 2 of Gary's classes (cycle and LBT) wow!!! Feels like you've done the full class in just the warm up!!! Would defo recommend as I like the structure and layout to his classes. ... you always know what's coming next! His moto should be...... if you come out of the class looking pretty...... you didn't work hard enough!!!! X More...

Gary is very passionate about his work and you can see that in the quality he delivers.

Well educated on various training systems that apply to individuals.

Never seen him have a bad day. Always motivated and will make you walk away feeling twice the person you thought you were.

As someone who has had multiple personal trainers, I can tell you they are not all created equal. Many can actually be detrimental to your body with improper technique. Not the case with Gary... I've had maybe 10 sessions with Gary now and he monitors you closely during a training session, such as exercise selection, exercise order, sets and reps, rest times and technique. I have a well designed and easily accessible workout and nutrition plan which I follow when I train on my own. There a short videos on the work we will be doing in our session and this helps me to prepare mentally. I had bad knees and these were made worse during exercises like squats. Not any more, the pain is actually much improved because with Gary's help my technique is correct. He is the most affable person and genuinely cares about your goals. Gary has
motivated me to turn up ready to train hard and achieve my goals. He encourages you throughout your sessions and makes you train beyond your normal capabilities. Most important is that the sessions are fun because Gary and I have great banter during the session but he never loses focus and the session flies by. I've just signed up for another programme. Try him, you won't regret it!

He was great to help me move from doing cardio to going into bulking and not only did I learn a lot from Gary but whenever I needed help and support with the training or food, he was always there to give me some help. I would recommend!

Gary took time to consider my lifestyle and budget to improve my diet and the results were amazing I lost a total of 16 kilos over 3 months and so pleased with the results of a better diet.
The advice and support Gary gave me was just what I needed to reach and achieve my weight loss goals.
Highly recommend Gary as a PT and nutritional coach.

During my training with Gary, he helped me recover from a nasty MCL tear and got me back to full fitness. He was so attentive to my rehab programme given by my physio and also including upper body work outs which I’ve struggled with in the past. Over a 6 week period, I regained strength and the confidence to start lifting again. He was absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond to help all his clients. Each clients goals and demands are completely different.
All training plans are individual and specific to the clients needs.
Training is also tailored to their current level and progress is monitored closely.

It is imperative that we set goals and do everything we can to achieve these.
