My daughter suffered with low self-esteem and disengagement, but Ian managed to ignite her interest in learning once more. It has been amazing to watch her progress. She now discusses maths topics with me and has increased her knowledge and abilities with Ian's careful guidance. What do you love most about your job?
Seeing students' results improve as a result of increased confidence and self-belief.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I didn't agree with the Government's education policy which piles enormous pressure on students and results in undue stress, which often affects their mental wellbeing. I wanted to give students a chance to work at a pace which suits them and which increases their confidence - leading to an improvement in performance and results.
