3rd visit, and I am always wowed by the transformation of my dog( border x jack russell). Having her hand stripped isn't always nice on a dog, but Chandra is excellent with her. My dog is always pleased to see her. I love how she looks. Thank you. More...

Do not use. Absolute rip off and very unprofessional. We used Chandra for teeth cleaning, upon collection she said that he needed more work. I said fine no problem as his teeth were quite bad and I thought it will take few times before they are done she has hand him over at the gate so I couldn't see what was done as it was dark. When we got home I looked and nothing has been done they are as bad as when I dropped him firts. I contacted her the next day- said I wasn't expecting perfection but improvement and there is non and that we want a refund. She refused and started sending unprofessional messages saying I threatened her just because I said I will let people know in reviews as she doesn't want to refund so we can go elsewhere and have it done properly. Also the session is only 30 min which is way to short in my opinion. Everywhere else it tends to be an hour. Wasted time and money. Very disappointed but she doesn't care. More...

want to say a massive thankyou to Groomyz today as snapper had his nails cut , he was very scared and hes not good with having nails cut in fact he was horrendous, but you carried on and tryed to calm him in the end we got there . I would highly reccomend and thanks again xx More...

Absolutely delighted with how my show cocker spaniel looks after 3 hours of being hand stripped by Chandra. We’ve never had a dog before and I didn’t know what to expect, so I was amazed to see my fluffball transformed into a sleek, shiny puppy again. After 20 years with the same groomer Paul had to retire due to ill health so with glowing recommendation from family I booked appointment with Chandra, baring I mind my two are rescued, they were greeted be “the dog whisper(Chandra)” who sat on the floor to gain their trust. We left them and need not have worried when we went to pick them up our very nervous girl was eating treats. Great service today at Groomyz. I've got an old dog who's a bit timid and wobbly on his legs but he was dealt with very lovingly and professionally by Chandra. Definitely recommended.

I have 2 Sproker Spaniels and my fiance has a shiatsu. chandra from Groomyz works wonders on my babies, Coco and Pops. Pops insists I send her pictures of his hair when it gets too long .
