Was anxious dropping Blu off for his first groom at Groomies but Emma made me and Blu both feel at ease. He was having so much fun when I picked him up and smells absolutely wonderful, his fur is the smoothest it’s been since he was 12 weeks old excuse his snaggle teeth thank you so much, we can’t wait for the next time xx

My little Ozzy is a very nervous Chihuahua around new people and after being groomed for the first time last year was left so traumatised he hid away for a full day and didn’t even eat. He has been to groomies today and has come back absolutely great he smells beautiful looks fabulous and very relaxed amazing service. Had Ralph in for his first ever groom today. I don’t know what magic potions Emma uses but he still smells gorgeous hours later, even his smelly bulldog farts don’t seem so bad His coat is so soft and his white spots could literally be in the next advert for Daz they’ve come up so clean. I thought it was impossible for my puppy to be any more gorgeous but she’s some how managed it. Best of all is his little spa day has relaxed him so much he’s practically slept all the way through the fireworks. Can’t wait to be back next month ❤️ More...

I have a very old dog who is fussy and he came back from Groomies like a new man. Emma and the team are amazing, they care about dogs so you know your Prince or Princess will be in vey good hands!

our German shepherd has had the best experience possible at groomies.in the past she has had bad experiences where we have have to collect her within 10 min of being dropped off wet threw and broken table later. she was so happy and content when we went to collect her after her pamper afternoon.and most of all looked and smelt the best she has ever Done would highly recommend and will definitely be taking lexi again. can't thank Emma enough for such an amazing job calming lexi as well as the top class groom she looks amazing xx More...

Absolutely wouldnt go anywhere else. Frank (my English Bulldog) usually hates being groomed but Emma is so good and patient with him. This is really sets her apart. She wont do anything the dog is not comfortable with and takes regular breaks. He now loves going to Emma for his pampers More...

Couldn't recommend groomies enough. My dog has gone from.us picking her up wet threw after 10 min after being dropped off at another groomers and a broken table later to being happy and content at groomies.
