Third time I have used Grimebusters for a low-moisture carpet clean. They do an excellent and efficient job (3 x bedrooms, stairs, hallway, sitting room and dining room done in around 2 hours), are happy to move any furniture or items as needed and leave the carpets looking refreshed and spotless. It was a pleasure to work with Richard, the owner. He promptly returned my call to schedule an appointment, was very polite and flexible with offering various time slots. Extremely punctual as well, which is a rarity these days. Lewis, the carpet technician, was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable about carpet fibres and chemistry of shampoos , he was able to explain what would be the best treatment for my rugs. He cleaned and vacuumed quickly and the result was fantastic . I’ve used Grimebusters many times over the years- not only are the staff friendly, helpful and informative, their work makes such a difference. I’ve had stains ranging from dog sick, to red wine, to general bad odours due to my toddler having toilet accidents on the carpets, and the Grimebusters team make such a difference. I’ve been putting off replacing my carpets for about 5 years thanks to Grimebusters getting them back to a decent condition once or twice a year despite having cream carpets with two young kids and a dog!
