In one sentence when it comes to immigration, this law firm is on another level because of Agnete.
I have lived in the UK for 14 years and have been into 8-10 different lawyer, barrister and solicitor firms for my immigration matter, some of which charge £ 600 an hour for their service. But in my experience, Ms Agnete stands out and is a real gem. My immigration case was complex and all of the previous lawyers I encountered were charging money just to draft my background to add into their various existing set of representation formats. This can sometimes work when you apply for a points-based immigration application. But for any asylum, human rights or outside immigration rule application, you will need in-depth research from your representative and he or she should draft your case with the most appropriate relevant case law that applies to each different case, to obtain a positive result. But most of the law firms in my wider experience are more interested in taking your case and submitting instead of studying your case before submitting it, which is why so many genuine human rights claims are turned down by the Home Office. For all those suffering from the same problem, Agnete could be your hope in the dark. She will not guarantee your leave to remain, but certainly, she will find your real livelihood opportunities for your immigration issue without any false hope. Otherwise, who writes a 30-pages long advice letter to her client. I repeat it was an advice letter after initial consultation and not a cover letter for your application. Keep it up. Kudos. 🙏
