I am a business chameleon! Having had 20 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry working in many cross-discipline teams, I have built up a wealth of knowledge. This is combined with 13 years of building and developing a multi-media marketing business. During this time I also started a separate company that helped clients access local and national government funding and also with creating and submitting R&D claims. We further developed this with the addition of a training arm developing and providing apprenticeships under the new standards framework.
All of the above experience allows me to quickly get under the skin of a business to understand how it works and where the development opportunities may exist.
