No heat or hot water for 30 days and with a baby in the house because other companies not interested in picking up jobs that weren’t dead easy. Danny & Gareth literally came to our rescue. They provided knowledgeable advice and guidance on gas and electric machines, brainstormed feasible solutions, brought trained and friendly staff, ran a broom over the floors at the end, but also ran a hot bath for our little one before they left. They were very quick at sorting out our heating issues. Due to Covid Danny organized a video call where we showed him around our heating system We also sent him photos. He was able to give us a quote from this information for a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler. With a fantastic guarantee. The installer came the next day to install the boiler. They were brilliant!
