The staff are great, they are welcoming and full of information and advice.They work quickly and efficiently. My console (ps4) needed fixing, at first they thought it was just dust they cleaned the intire console inside and out for a fee over the course of a day. When they reolised that the dust wasnt the problem they didn't overcharge me to fix the actual problem. Instead they just added the two fees together to make up for the one that was the issue.Greenpoint and the greenpoint team are brilliant and most helpful, i have gone there for all of my technical problems and they flawlessly impress ! Amazing service I completely wrecked my iPhone 7 red edition screen they are 100% honest as they gave me two options on the screens either a cheaper version or a more original and there no pressure in which one to go for just facts, also I mentioned my speakers were a lot quieter than when I got the phone and ask if they could have a look and they did with no charge as it just needed a clean.
