Took my phone down to be looked at as it wasn't charging. The guys looked at it straight away and said it needed cleaning they cleaned it for me and waited to see if it started charging which it did and didn't charge me for cleaning it very helpful and would recommend.

Superb service and price. Kris serviced my MacBook Pro, changing the hard drive to an SSD and sitting out an iPhone. All of the work was turned around within a day or so which I didn't expect and the incredible cost at the end of it - I would have paid far more for what he did.

After getting my iPhone 6 battery and screen changed at ZONE CELLULAR all I had was problems had to take it back for a new battery twice so In the end I took it to green point and found out they done a cowboy job and corrected everything within 20 minutes for a very good price id highly recommend these guys as the customer service is great and they explain and show everything that needs to be changed with proof so you no your not getting ripped off

An excellent independent gadget fix shop. I live a fair way away, but Greenpoint accommodated my requirement to have the fix carried out whilst I 'waited' - I took my son to the beach for the duration. Being self employed, my wife and I are both dependent on our computers. When something goes wrong we both come to a grinding halt.
This is where Greenpoint come in, twice recently, Kris form Greenpoint has resolved our problems with the minimum of fuss, and at a very reasonable cost.
He has also given me advice for best practice in the future.
I will be asking Kris to undertake a regular check of our system every 6 months.
