Green Lakes Designers should have created my logo in November and deliver a deluxe package by Christmas. Nothing received as of 04/20. They started making other charges that were not mentioned in our initial conversation. They come up with, well I can't publish it until another few hundred is paid. I have talked with three different people that were going to help, and they would, if we paid something more as federal taxes for the logo registration.... W T F !!!!!! they started with another 1000+$ and as I get pissed off the gave me discount up to 2 or 300 dollars. Can you imagine ????
I'm over $1,000 invested in their promises and are now stuck. I've to delay my start-up as I'm waiting for them. all chats, mails and call are recorder and ready to be disclosed. in the meantime I'm looking for someone to help me out in a law suit More...

Had a completely unsatisfactory experience with Green Lake Designers. They were fast but careless with the initial logo design (for example, the logo included a crossed pen and sword design to signify that we’re writers and editors; the sword was over the pen, which sends exactly the wrong message), promised a discount and never gave me one. I basically paid them to be done with the company. But no: they kept bugging me about wanting to “make it right” until I threatened to flame them if I got one more text. Green Lakes Designers built a great website for us, but then they started making other charges that were not mentioned in our initial conversation. We paid that and it was published, we were able to edit (we are a 501c3 rescue) and we could also ask them to add or move items, for months we have gotten no service and are unable to log in to make any changes ourselves. Terrible experience. Ordered a package in November to americanlogodesigners.com. Contacted by them later. I've been promised to get it before Christmas as it was a present.
As of Feb 1 project hasn't been completed yet.
Promised 24/7 customer service. nobody reply. when they did it was only to try selling some other BS.
Contacted customer service many times. Vague and evasive. They reply only when heated messages are sent but then.... nothing happen. Requested to get my money back no answer received yet! More...

Greenlake Designers previously Logo Jeeves took over my account when Logo Jeeves stopped operating, go have a look at Logo Jeeves, the first search that pops up is Logo Jeeves Scam. Greenlake reached out and let me know they have all the info about my account from Logo Jeeves and everything is good to go. My website has been down for over a week, Green Lake hasn't returned my email nor has done anything to fix the problem. I paid for the domain for 3 years in 2020 and currently it shows my domain is not paid for. I can't complain about the quality of the logo I had done but absolutely everything else has been very unprofessional and communication just isn't there at all. I personally believe their objective is to do such a poor job on the website side that it forces you to have a reputable company try and buy the domain so your website can operate. More...

Our business already had a symbol. I couldn't afford to change since it was a family-run business, and I wanted it to be known by that. I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism. I originally contracted through All American Logo Designers but had my own logo. I was only needing the website and they were going to throw in some extras for free. I originally confirmed my contract with Emily & it was assigned to Alan. However after several unanswered emails & text messages i decided to call the number on the website and was advised that neither are with the company anymore. Wondering why i was never contacted or made aware of this. I was then assured that the issue would be resolved immediately and reassigned to a Jason. Forwarded the original contract over and was told that i would need $500.00 for a Domain & $1000.00 for a host in order for my page to go live. I was dumb founded upon receiving this text because this was no where on my original contract. I originally advised that once all money was paid and updates made then my website would go live. All i just want at this point is my money back and be done completely with this company. I was told by Jennifer in there so called legal department that they were not going to refund my money and in her words i would loose my dispute. I dont understand why when this company has not even sent a business card less lone completed my website. All that talking over me trying to exert your authority role in your company was not needed.
