Katie Birch has been amazing throughout the Last Will & Testament process. She made 2 home visits to us outside of work hours as we couldn't get to the office together which we think is amazing customer service. She flagged up various things to us we hadn't even thought of and she also found issues within our own life insurance policies which we hadn't seen. Although the whole experience of going through divorce is not the best (as a whole), I can't thank Grayson's, and especially my solicitor Bradie Pell, enough in terms of help, support, guidance, and a shoulder to cry on. My needs were met, and looking back now (and strangely enough through the turmoil of divorce) I have enjoyed my time with Graysons (and Bradie). Me and my partner were first time buyers and chose Graysons after going through many comparison sites as they were local and we read a lot of good reviews regarding them. The typical property completion takes between 8-12 weeks and ours was complete within 5. We put a lot of pressure on Graysons to Try and complete before a certain date as our sellers may have ended up pulling out due to the situation on their end. They were happy to try and move quick when required and managed to help us gain our first home within 5 weeks. They were happy to answer and queries we had and as first time buyers they helped us through the process excellently.
