Mel was so good with our puppy Lola on her first ever grooming session today, she is a very bouncy little Yorkshire Terrier but Mel has done a great job and she even had her husband come and hold Lola to help. From booking to the end of the appointment, Mel was nothing but caring, friendly and obviously barmy about dogs! She made Valli, a ‘new to us’ rescue dog feel and look like a princess. Mel is so knowledgeable about all breeds of dogs and gave great advice to me, while also constantly reassuring the dog. The equipment she uses is top notch and in this time of heightened safety, her reassurance about the cleaning and hygiene regime is second to none.
