My track record on coaching covers a number of small companies and organisations (analysis & strategy) and a myriad of individuals (from writing CVs, job and university applications to career guidance and coaching for job interviews).

Coaching & Mentoring
I offer a service where I listen to what clients want to achieve, I analyse their strengths and weaknesses and rewrite their documentation to reflect their goals. I explain the difficulties and opportunities (as I see them) and help guide clients towards their success.
It's all about the client. They are the ones who have to put the effort in to change. I cannot help those who are not prepared to put the effort in to achieve their goals. Clients need to be goal-oriented. No one achieves success without hard work.
My offer is an initial meeting (up to 2 hours) where we explore goals, how to get there and a plan for success. I analyse what clients have already achieved, how to make their specific experience more generic, so that it can be applied to new roles (or markets) and I take that away and rewrite the clients CV, application or proposal.
Selling yourself can be hard for very many people. So after our initial meeting I offer catch-up meetings (all face to face) until the client is comfortable with their new world. After this I also offer telephone & zoom conversations to ensure the client remains positive.
