I work as a caretaker at a busy venue, and also oversee two other rental properties are part of my job. I deal with a lot of tradesmen in my role. Richard came out late on a Friday night to help with a nightmare wiring fault on my new home, and then returned on the Saturday morning and rigidly investigated a complete mess problems with my sockets until he had fixed every single one of them.
