We were really lucky to have Gosch Design working on two seperate Projects - the first year we had a what looked like a quite forward roof extension - but not easy with Wandsworth council! Simon done a great job convincing the council, overseen all work and added unique features that made the result very special. After this positiv experience Simon started planing for an extension to the back - we called it a "glass box", but Simon's suggestions were so much more - the details added made all the difference! His designs are clear in structure, there is always attention to detail and he never forgets practical aspects which you will appreciate living in the space later. Simon helped us think through and plan a total renovation of our 'Old School House'. He was terrific at really understanding how we wanted to live as well as how we wanted the property to look and feel.
Proportion, design and flow all work to create an effortless home to live in. Whilst open plan it offers all the 'spaces' we were looking for.

Simon did a brilliant job for us on a ground floor extension to our house, from the initial design right through to completion. His designs were excellent - far better than the ideas put forward by the other firms that quoted. His detailed plans were exactly what we wanted - he really took the time to listen to our preferences and put forward a range of potential solutions. The builders he selected were very good and his project management kept the building work on schedule and to a high standard. He managed the builders with a mixture of persistence and charm, so he always kept them onside. He is always friendly, easy to deal with and willing to help. I also particularly like his willingness to work on a number of minor projects we've undertaken since then, which can't have been worth his while financially but which demonstrate his willingness to support his clients. The whole process with Gosch Design was very straightforward. Simon was understanding of our requirements for the basement and top floor projects and explained the planning application process clearly. We were kept up to date on the progress of the application, which was passed seamlessly.
Gosch produced some excellent drawings with different options for what was quite a challenging basement and top floor project.

Gosch did a full redesign and extension to my house. The results were spectacular and they were a delight to work with.

We approached Gosch Design Ltd to discuss our kitchen extension, and ground floor layout, after seeing their impressive portfolio of work and attention to detail.
Gosch came up with several very interesting layout options for the whole ground floor and took into consideration our need for maximum, discrete storage space, as part of the brief for a contemporary kitchen extension.
After choosing our preferred option (a difficult decision) Gosch liaised with the contractors throughout the project, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to completion. We could not be happier with our new kitchen extension and the reconfigured ground floor layout.
