A pleasure to work out in the gym as it is always very clean with well maintained equipment and I just love the poolside which has a fantastic sauna and jacuzzi, I would highly recommend anybody to join this facility, the staff are very friendly,well qualified and always on top form. Pick the right times to go and it's a great facility with a good bunch working there. The new classes are a great alternative to the gym if you need a bit of a change sometimes and the extra kick up the behind to work hard. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Strongly advise getting in a few classes and mixing it up with gym work and swimming. I'm 5/6 weeks in and feeling much fitter.
