Overpriced. They did eat a couple of days per year for the three years I was there. I started on the 17th August 2020, they advise me to leave the 11th August 2023.

I have had such an unbelievably brilliant experience with Big Yellow - they made what is usually an abhorrently stressful chore SO smooth and easy, and I cannot recommend them enough. Farah and Hayad took care of me so well that I will be using Big Yellow for all my storage needs in the future, and I will be recommending them to all my friends. Their kindness, humour, efficiency, and just general brilliant attitudes exceeded my high expectations, and the facility itself is so well maintained and secure that I would rent out a room for myself if I could. Today Jehad Olari and Hayad really restored my faith in humanity. I had a nightmare experience with anyvan moving company and they took such amazing care of me, offering me tea and coffee and a comfortable seat and really went above and beyond by staying with me and reassuring me when the moving company turned up almost an hour after their 4pm closing time.
