Firstly was punctual, secondly, polite and friendly, and finally, did a good job. Nice to have a clean oven once again.

John worked really hard for 3 hours to get my oven clean and kindly warned me about damage to the glass which could have potentially caused a painful cut. Very professional and thorough.
