Luke arrived on time and I was greeted with a professional manner. He 1st asked me if there was any areas of the sofa I was mainly worried about (marks). He quickly got to work. Luke was brilliant from start to finish. We recently decided to hire a rug doctor to clean our front room which didn't dry well leaving an awful musty smell. I contacted Luke and he gave me advice straight away and offered to come and have a look. He disinfected parts of the carpet free of charge and left some of his fans to dry out the areas. He arranged to come back and see how the carpet was and he would clean if necessary. Luke did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and got rid of the stains and the smell- looks brand new! He was kind enough to leave a bottle of serum which we can use in the future. Luke was always timely and had great communication.
