Over the last few years Andy at Gold IT Services has sorted out my new laptop when the manufacturers refused. Sorted my computer when I missed a letter out of a web address and ended up with all sorts of gremlins taking it over. So when my old computer showed signs of giving up I asked him to build me another one. I am not a gamer but need good spec for my photography. Very good communication, Competitive Prices & Very quick repair time!I was reluctant to have my MacBook repaired by any other than apple as its quite expensive if anything went wrong, however, IT services reassured me and once handed my laptop he texts me every step of the way! What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping customers getting the most out of their equipment or building a new PC to their specifications to meet their needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a number of years working several contractual jobs in IT, I decided to branch out on my own to offer a non-jargon service as I have found many companies baffle clients with science and I think it is unfair to assume a customer fully understands the technology so I keep things as simple as possible offer a quicker and smoother trade.
Why should our clients choose you?
I began training in IT at the age of 15 so I have a number of years of experience and I am always updating my skills to be proficient in the ever-changing world of technology.
