I am a committed trainer who has actually accompanied a client to the top of Kilimanjaro, run 10km race alongside my client, completed the Three Peak Challenge with a client, finished Tough Mudders alongside my clients and run half marathons with clients.

1 - Establish specific, realistic and measurable fitness goals.
2 - Put a short and long term plan together agreed between trainer and client.
3 - Action that plan with constant support and encouragement along the way.
4 - Have some fun doing so, exercise and training is tough but does not mean you can’t have a laugh or enjoy.
5 - Once goals are achieved, we restart the process and we go again to succeed with our next set of goals.

I love meeting people from all walks of life, establishing relationships then helping clients achieve their goals.

Nothing better than receiving a text message reading “weighed in at my lowest this morning” or “just completed my challenge”. Great to know all the hard work and effort has paid off.

Personal training has given me an amazing opportunity to work internationally and meet clients from all over the world, I am always grateful for this.

It allows me to be fully focused on my clients, making sure we can have fixed days and times for sessions which is key to achieving goals.

Being a mobile PT gives me so much variety, which is a massive plus for me. Whether I’m with clients in their home gym or outdoors in the local park, goals will still be achieved.

During certain periods of the pandemic I started doing zoom/FaceTime sessions with clients and have carried on doing so since.
It has allowed me to train clients if they are based abroad or catch up with them if they are travelling on business.
A great tool to make sure clients are staying on track.

All equipment is thoroughly wiped down with sanitiser after each session.
Sessions outside help maintain social distancing and being out in the fresh air obviously helps as well.
Ultimately, I want my clients to feel comfortable when training so I will always take the right precautions to make them feel this way.
