They did most of the packing the day before to ensure an early start so we could arrive at our property by lunchtime. Very good service. Very hard working company: prompt, courteous, experienced, well organised and overall really great value for money. I used the full packaging service which I highly recommend: everything packed and wrapped properly, all items were handled with care and the team really went above and beyond for me and my family on moving day, staying really late in the evening when we got the keys quite late in the day. I used Go Panda after a recommendation from a friend and I will certainly be recommending them to everyone I know. Ticked all the boxes and achieved a stress free move from Cardiff to Toulouse. They packed, they wrapped they loaded they moved all in 4 days from our house in Cardiff to our retirement castle just outside Toulouse. We have in the past used larger firms but Go Panda were far superior in the care taken, communication and surprisingly price. We will now be recommend them to all our friends and family. Excellent service.

Go Panda took care of the delivery in Spain of our stuff when moving from London to Spain.

They were very professional handling our stuff and being gentle with everything, even the non-fragile boxes.

They also kept us updated all the time on when the arrival was planned so we were waiting stress free.

f you need to move anything anywhere get Go Panda to do it for you! Seriously these guys are amazing! The quote they gave us in the first instance was the best out of three comparable companies and despite our dates changing and our move being pushed back in the diary the Go Panda team were very accommodating and customer service was second to none. When it came to moving day (today) Tristan was at our house before the arranged 8 am start and when Evo arrived shortly after and work began we couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the two vans were loaded. The same as the vans were unpacked. These guys are phenomenally strong! Everything was treated with care and attention to detail and the guys were great to be around on such a stressful day. I have used other removal companies in the past and I wish I had known about Go Panda then. If I ever moved in the future I wouldn't hesitate to get Go Panda back. Worth every penny! Phenomenal levels of service provided !

We moved from Eastbourne - Cardiff and used gopanda because of a recomendation of a friend whom they had moved in reverse journey they were fantastic, they boxed our whole house whilst we we're out for the day and had virtually loaded it all the same day!

The move was over as swiftly as it had began and we sat down in our dining room for takeaway at 5pm the next day.

The staff we're polite and friendly, the booking was handled with one wast phone call, they're vans we're new and shiny, the guys working with us didn't stop working tirelessly throughout the pack and move - and they we're much cheaper than what we we're quoted by pickfords.

I contacted several companies for quotes, and whilst GoPanda weren't the cheapest, they turned up exactly when they said they would both for the survey and the move itself, and provided an excellent service. As such, I consider them very good value for money and I am happy that I went with them rather than the cheaper option, which I fully expect would not have been as good.

Their staff were professional and very careful with our belongings, and were still happy to carry heavy boxes up and down flights of stairs even at the end of a very long day. They also maintained good humour throughout the process and were good fun to work with.

In summary, I would definitely use GoPanda again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family in the Cardiff area. More...

Outstanding service and incredible value for money. Performed better than all the big removal firms we have used in the past at a much better price.

These guys moved us from storage (we were put in by a different company ) to our new home and put a lot of furnitire back together without any instructions, fuss or complaint, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were polite and friendly and we actually enjoyed having them around. Our only regret is that we didn't use them for our first move.

Have just found this page after leaving a message on your page for the Bath branch. Great job with our pack move and store. Not one item damaged throughout the whole process spanning 9 months.

If only our builders had offered a similar level of service to Panda Removals we could have moved in a long time ago!. They were efficient and professional and worked incredibly hard throughout but what set them aside in my opinion was there ability to converse, remain police and courteous and put up with our son asking a lot of irrelevant questions.

Seriously these guys are by far and away the most pleasant and easy to be around tradesmen we have ever encountered as a family we feel incredibly lucky to have had them for our move.
