I’ve been going to small group sessions for 8 weeks and love it. I’ve lost weight & I’m getting fitter and healthier. The sessions are enjoyable with Mel & Frank guiding, encouraging and challenging us to push on just that little bit more each week. I’ve just joined Go Lift after a few trial classes and couldn’t recommend it enough. Frank and Mel are so welcoming and you immediately feel at home in the group classes as everyone is so friendly. The class format is great and the small numbers mean everyone gets individual attention to ensure form is maintained. I'm into my second week and so far it's been great training with Frank and Mel. I haven't been training in so long but the guys have been very friendly and approachable, excellent in giving sound knowledgeable advice on muscle building, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle, providing 121 training sessions to help me get into better shape and also to increase my confidence with training. By keeping the workouts interesting and engaging and when the novelty of that initial motivation fades away, I make sure that I keep on top of my clients to get to their goals by adding in various accountably measures.

Making sure that we are consistent and keeping on top our goals, even if its just one step at a time.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The World Health Organization (WHO) says they're not sure how long COVID-19 can survive on surfaces. However, the estimate is anywhere from a few hours to several days. How do you keep these and other germs from spreading?
Wipe down gym equipment often. Because the coronavirus has a long incubation period, it's impossible to tell who may be infected. Though clients should be encouraged to wipe down gym equipment before and after use, it is also beneficial to have staff perform regular cleanings throughout the day as well. Be sure to pay special attention to the areas where clients typically place their hands.
Do a more thorough cleaning at night. If the gym is busy during the day, it may be difficult to do a good clean. In that case, save this type of thorough cleaning for the nighttime, when your facility isn't as full.
