What’s your signature dish?
We have many popular dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. From our stuffed flatbreads, handmade burgers, fancy sharing platters and picnic buffets, all of our food is freshly made, with the finest ingredients, delivered with our signature flavour and flair.
Our street food specialty is the Naan-wich which is an Arabic flatbread stuffed with a fine combination of fresh, worldly and flavoursome ingredients creating a cross over of taste sensations. Lamb and goats cheese, Caribbean Chicken, pesto halloumi and more fine flavours await.
Overall everything that we serve up is a product of our experience and our values so all our top quality food will leave you satisfied and ready for more.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have cooked many different dishes, at all types of events over the years and offer our experience to you. Whether you know exactly what you want or even if you have no idea, we will work together to create a bespoke menu, served in a style that suits you, your guests and your event. We are a very flexible, creative and knowledgeable catering company who care about what we do and what we serve up so let us know what you fancy and we will make it a tasty reality.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to cook fine affordable food, in our unique style and make our customers and their guests happy. The best part of our job is receiving the always excellent feedback from our guests. We love making food and we making peoples day that extra bit special with our quality and high level of service that we provide.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Myself and the team have worked for other event companies offering top notch catering and customer service. We have individually helped some larger companies make peoples events and partys extra special and we wanted to do it for ourselves, with our own flair and finesse and in a more sustainable way. We have been providing our services for the past 5 years and along with our experienced and professional staff we are passionate about what we do.
